Coming Soon – Writing for Emerging Northern Playwrights with Cheryl Martin – online
If you’re interested in writing for theatre, this is the course for you. We’ll look at creating believable, multi-layered characters, giving those characters a voice in monologues and duologues, and a look at how to build a longer story. We’ll even have a go at how to tackle audio drama.
No experience necessary!
Your writing will be explored later in the year by a director and actors, for a public sharing.
Did we mention our courses are free? All you have to do is give a £10 deposit, which we return when you come to your first session. If you want to participate but this is a barrier to you attending, please drop us a line.
Please note, this is a repeat of the course Cheryl ran last year so not appropriate for those who attended previously.
This course is open to anyone 18+ living in the North of England. If you’re not in the region but you wish to attend do email us info@redladder.co.uk and we will add you to the waitlist.
