In partnership with The Cluntergate Centre, we will help to deliver its Theatre for Wakefield project and work to deepen the reach and impact of cultural offerings in Wakefield by taking Curious Investigators, a One Tenth Human production, to three venues across Wakefield in early 2023. The project has been made possible thanks to funding from Wakefield Council’s Culture Grant.

Scribble and Clipboard have a job to do: sort the recycling. But Scribble keeps finding new things to investigate. When she discovers a mysterious hidden in the rubbish, the pair need the audience’s help to rescue an unborn chick. Can they save a mysterious egg from smashing? And what will we discover along the way?

Curious Investigations is a cracking adventure created in collaboration with engineering experts from Lancaster University: a delightfully surprising, highly visual show for 3-7-year-olds and their grown-ups.

This brand-new family show has been hatched by One-Tenth Human, commissioned by Big Imaginations, and supported by Arts Council England.

As part of the Theatre for Wakefield project, Curious Investigations will be showing at two venues in Wakefield in 2023. Tickets are now available to buy below.
