Harry is a musician, songwriter, composer, music producer and performer. He was a member of Chumbawamba between 1983 - 2004. He has worked and continues to work with numerous other bands as a producer and musician.  
His acting credits include Love & Petrol - 1 in 12 Drama,
Riot, Rebellion & Bloody Insurrection - Red Ladder,
Spit Nolan - Interplay Theatre.
His soundtrack work includes View from the Woodpile - Ken Loach(Ch 4), Revengers Tragedy - Alex Cox(Avenging Angel Film), Whatever, A Teenage Musical - Daisy Asquith(Ch 4), Foxes - Alice Nutter(Northern Exposure), Wandering Abroad - Corinne Silva(Leeds City Art Gallery).
He was also musical director and performer on Red ladder’s 40th anniversary production Where’s Vietnam by Alice Nutter in 2008.

Kyla Goodey is an actor, director, writer and choreographer based in Cornwall. After finishing her studies at Desmond Jones School of mime and physical theatre Kyla embarked on an acting career and has toured the UK and Europe with various companies including Kneehigh, Hoodwink, Hall for Cornwall, Cube, Roundabout and Miracle. Kyla also founded Trifle Gathering Productions 6 years ago writing, directing and performing comedies for radio and stage. She has just returned from a successful run at the Edinburgh festival with her highly acclaimed show The Charity Shop Cabaret. Kyla has always wanted to be in a band so she can talk about the band days. At last she's been given that opportunity and she doesn't even play an instrument, rock!

Dean's first training was at the Hub Theatre School in St Austell Cornwall which culminated in a touring show of 'Volpone'(playing Nano the Dwarf).  In Cornwall he was involved in all kinds of shows from panto to musicals whether in the chorus or playing the Dame.  He then spent five years with the National Youth Theatre of Great britain, between 1999-2004 including 'Nicholas Nickleby', Lyric Hammersmith, and the Lowry, Salford, 'Murder in the Cathedral', Southwark Cathedral and Westminster Cathedral, 'Hanging Around', Watch this Space - National Theatre/Kneehigh collaboration, and 'The Master and Margarita', Lyric Hammersmith, 'The Jungle Book', Warwick Arts Centre, for the Royal Derngate Theatre, Northampton. National tour of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat , Bill Kenwright Ltd. Robin Hood and Babes in the Wood. Salisbury Playhouse. Toured the UK and internationally as the Fat Controller in Thomas and Friends Live. A Taste of Honey, Salisbury Playhouse. Romeo and Juliet Unzipped, Salisbury Playhouse. “Riot Rebellion and Bloody Insurrection” Red Ladder Theatre and Chumbawamba. Ashes to Ashes, BBC, “Weekend Retreat”- O-Region as well as several commercials and short films. Dean also has his own theatre company in Cornwall “BishBashBosh Productions” now in their 4th year, where they tour the southwest and beyond. There first production was Oogly Es Sin The Lamentable Ballad of Anthony Payne Cornish Giant, then “The Tin Violin”, Surfing Tommies” and just this year took their latest  show “A Mere Interlude” to the Minack Theatre. Dean cant wait to come back and work with Red Ladder again.

Lisa is a Red Ladder virgin, she’s never been down the Docks and she’s never been on strike...thus far. But she is partial to a bit of Rock and Roll. She trained at East 15.Theatre credits include; Maggie in Nab End : Oldham Coliseum. Ruby/Siddy/Lily in Alfie : Blackeyed Theatre. Lady Capulet in Romeo and Juliet : Northern Broadsides. Macbeth : York Theatre Royal. The Little Mermaid : York Theatre Royal, Polka Theatre and Japan. Medea in Jason and the Argonauts, Beauty and the Beast,Grimm Tales, Pinocchio : The Dukes, Lancaster. Mary Brenham in Our Country’s Good, Ophelia in Hamlet : The Brewery, Kendal and Prithvi Theatre, Mumbai. Jane Austen in Northanger Abbey : North Country Theatre. Little Voice in The Rise and Fall of Little Voice : Torch Theatre. Tina in Then He Kissed Me : Northampton Rep. Ellida in Lady From The Sea : tour of Norway. Flat Stanley, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, Wind in the Willows, Wizard of Oz : West Yorkshire Playhouse. TV and Film credits include:Judith Jobson in Channel 4’s ‘Red Riding 1983’. Coronation Street, Emmerdale, Heartbeat, Where the Heart Is, The Royal. Radio includes: Goodbye Simple Girl, Murder at the Vicarage, Pianoman for BBC Radio 3 and 4. Lisa also sings.

Trained at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School His theatre includes: A Christmas Carol (Kings Head Theatre, Islington); Play Up! Play Up! (I love West Leeds Festival); Thomas Saves the Day (Hammersmith Apollo/UK and Asian tour); The Taming of the Shrew, Macbeth, The Merry Wives of Windsor and The Importance of Being Earnest (Oxford Shakespeare Company); Cider with Rosie (Bristol Old Vic). Television includes: The Bill; Steel River Blues; Murder Investigation Team; Doctors; Dream Team; Footballers Wives.“I’m very happy to be working on another play by Boff Whalley and supporting this burgeoning young talent. It’s also great to be back in Leeds and work with one of its most successful theatre companies.”

Adam Smith

Adam was born in Grimsby in the 60’s. Encouraged by his musical family he started playing piano when he was 5 tears old. He moved to Leeds in the 80’s and attended Leeds College of Music. He is a composer, songwriter and musician. He is currently a member of various musical outfits as diverse as Des The Minor, Sex Patels, Ratz and The Rumble Band. He is also a co-founder and musical arranger for the Citizens’ Orchestra. Adam’s first involvement with Red Ladder was as a musician in Where's Vietnam? 2008. On most mornings, after the school run, he can be found walking his dogs on Otley Chevin and is currently in the process of restoring a 1968 19 seater bedford bus.

Calum returns to the team as Stage Manager/Actor having previously worked on ‘Ugly’ by Emma Adams 'Forgotten Things' by Emma Adams, 'Riot Rebellion & Bloody Insurrection' by Boff Whalley & Dom Grace, 'Where's Vietnam?' by Alice Nutter and 'Doors' by Madani Younis. A self proclaimed Jack Of All Trades, he co founded Liverpool stilt walking street theatre troupe Artemis in 2001and freelances as a performer, sound designer and multi-instrumentalist. He has been company stage manager with Red Ladder Theatre Company since 2007 and is now starting to bring performance into his repertoire with the company.
