How does it work?
· Our work is not about blaming each other or ourselves for our lack of expertise in this area. It is about supporting and respecting one another so we can learn together.
· We spend time facilitating debate and discussion so that the issues are explored rather than taught.
· We cover the five Social and Emotional Aspects of Learning (SEAL): self-awareness, managing feelings, motivation, empathy and social skills.
Using this wide variety of activities we are able to ensure that all visual, auditory and kinaesthetic learning styles are catered for.
